Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective January 12, 2023, Douglas Freitag resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of The Coretec Group Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Freitag will continue to support and advise the Company in the capacity of senior consultant. Mr. Freitag’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreements with the Company’s board of directors or management, but to allow him for sufficient time to commit to his primary business.
